Kelly D. Jordan Presents Webinar on Fertility and Third Party Assisted Reproduction

On October 20, 2022, Kelly D. Jordan was a guest presenter of the “Fertility and Third Party Assisted Reproduction” webinar, hosted by METRAC: Action on Violence. The webinar was part of the  Family Law Education for Women series.

Kelly discussed the legal framework, surrogacy agreements, sperm and egg donor agreements, as well as Ontario’s definition of a parent.

The webinar was well received, with one participant stating, “This webinar was excellent with very detailed information from Kelly Jordan. Congrats! The Q&A was incisive and clarified a few questions for me as well”.
