Kelly D. Jordan Family Law Associates Emma Katz and Kate Deveau recently published an article for the Ontario Bar Association covering fertility law, entitled What Happens to Embryos on Separation?

 

The article, published in April 2023, explains the impact of a critical fertility law case heard before the Ontario Court of Appeal in 2019, S.H. v D.H., which ruled on contractual obligations and consent to use donated genetic material.
