Kelly D. Jordan's Bio
Kelly Jordan leads by example. Her vast family law experience, her creative approach to legal strategy and her compassion towards the families she represents have all made her a renowned and dependable name in the field of family law in Ontario and across Canada. Kelly is a recognized specialist in all areas of family law. These areas include cohabitation and marriage agreements, adoption, fertility and assisted reproduction, separation and divorce.
Kelly has practised in Toronto in the areas of family law, wills and estate planning, and assisted reproductive technologies for over two decades. She is the former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association Family Law Sections.
Kelly is a past member of The American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAARTA), is certified by the Law Society as a specialist in Family Law, and is ranked as a leading Canadian lawyer by Lexpert and Best Lawyers.

A Little More About Kelly Jordan
A creative thinker herself, Kelly is a patron of the arts. She surrounds herself with creativity and relishes the chance to enjoy ballet, dance, opera, and collecting art.
Experience & Knowledge
Her practice areas range from negotiating complex financial settlements to litigating for custody, support and property rights. She also does a significant amount of work with clients who use assisted reproductive technologies, including surrogacy agreements, ovum/sperm donor agreements and obtaining declarations of parentage. Kelly has a broad and diverse client base, and has an acknowledged expertise in assisting clients in all family structures, including those in same sex relationships and those families who have used assisted reproduction. Kelly herself is a mother of twins conceived through assisted reproduction.
Kelly uses her knowledge, expertise and creative strategic thinking to resolve complex family law cases and cont¡nues to pave the path to a more inclusive family law legal system in Ontario.
