Ainsley Doell [she/her]
Ainsley is an Associate at Kelly D. Jordan Family Law. Her practice covers all aspects of family law, including support and property issues, parenting disputes, as well as the negotiation of domestic contracts.
Ainsley has practiced exclusively in family law since she was called to the bar in 2024. Before joining the team, she worked at a prominent boutique family law firm in Toronto.
While completing her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School, Ainsley worked as a research assistant exploring the relationship between compassion and judicial decision-making as well as the efficacy of unbundled legal services. She served as the Director of Technical Training for the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and the Managing Editor of Obiter Dicta. She also holds a Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where she studied English with a minor in Writing and Rhetoric.
Ainsley is an empathetic and tenacious advocate. She is committed to working with clients to understand their unique circumstances and to find a tailored approach to accomplish their goals, whether that is through alternative dispute resolution or court intervention where necessary.
