We’re proud to share that Partners Emma Katz and Kelly Jordan will be speaking at the Federation of Law Societies of Canada’s National Family Law Program 2026 in Kelowna, BC, this July.

Emma and Kelly will present Marriage Contracts/Cohabitation Agreements: Who, When, Why, How and What Not to Do, offering practical insights on the drafting, negotiation, and common pitfalls of domestic contracts. We look forward to contributing to this premier national family law conference and connecting with colleagues from across Canada.
